The main products sold by DVD Pacific are presently DVDs but we are looking to expand our range of products in the near future. As explained below, there are many different ways to find the specific titles you want. Once you’ve found the title you want, click on the title or picture of that product and you’ll be linked to a page that fully describes the product and allows you to order it by simply clicking the "Add to Cart" button.

Browse Titles - You'll find a genre listing that enables you to look through titles specific to that genre.

Search by Title - You can enter the title of the product into the "Search Item" search in the upper left-hand corner of each page.

Power Search For Movies - Coming soon with actor, director search functions.

Browse by Genre For Movies - If you want to see what we've got in a specific category (such as comedy or drama), click on the "Browse" search on the top of each movie page. You'll be linked to a new page that displays all the titles in that category.

Lists - We’ve assembled various lists such as “Top 20 Sellers” and "Future Releases" so you can see what other people are buying.

Check Out Our Listings of Movies - From the "Browse Genres" search you can click on "All Titles" to see a complete, alphabetical list of all the movies in our store.

Placing Products in The Shopping Cart

Choosing or Removing Items - To put a product in your cart, click on the button that says "Add to Cart." If you would like to order more than one copy of a title, simply click "Add to Cart" again. If you’re not completely sure you want to purchase a product, you can still put it in the cart and later delete it before completing your purchase by clicking on the small "x" next to the product in the shopping cart. Your shopping cart allows you to select products for purchase. You'll be able to see the shopping cart on the left side of most pages.

The iCart - Our shopping cart is actually a "Smart Cart." It allows you to transfer an item into your personal Wish List, check on the availability of a title, or see a list of your open orders. You can access all of these features by clicking the "My Account" button at the top of each page.

Completing Your Order And Checking Out

Checking Out - When you are finished shopping, you can complete your purchase by clicking the "Check Out" button located in the iCart box. First, you'll be asked to either log-in if you’re a returning customer or establish an account if you’re a new customer. To establish an account you'll be asked to enter your email address, select a password, and enter your name, billing address, and telephone number. Once you have an account you simply select from the shipping options noted below and enter your credit card information. After you've entered the required information, click the "Process Order" button and your done. A new screen will appear revealing your order summary and invoice page. If you are unsure whether we have your order, you may check your order status by visiting the "My Account" area.

Our site is fully secure, which means that all information you send to us is encrypted as it travels over the Internet. To learn more about our security procedures, please review the Protecting Your Information section of our "Privacy Policy".

Shipping Options - In the Checkout pages you will also have the option of amending your shipping method (and view the shipping rates for your destination). To learn more about our shipping rates, please see our "Shipping Information" pages. If your order contains both in-stock and out-of-stock products, you will have the choice of shipping the order when it's complete and all the products are in-stock, or delivering in-stock products immediately and shipping the out-of-stock products separately when they arrive in our warehouse.

Verification - Sometimes as part of the check-out process, we will ask you to verify certain information to ensure that you are the authorized holder of the credit card which is being used to purchase the products from DVD Pacific. This procedure is designed to protect you against the fraudulent use of your credit card. If you receive a message indicating that there is a verification error, please carefully recheck the information you have entered to make sure it conforms to the requested information.
